How did I earn my IRONMAN title in 2019/09 at the age of 59 after 10 years of injury-free races in triathlon and marathon, free of any diseases, under zero medication, and at the same time hold full-time senior management jobs at two of the largest corporations in Taiwan, including one Fortune Global 100 company? Rather, it’s a proof of how an optimal state of health enables an old man to thrive under external and internal stressors – ultra-endurance sports and chronological ageing. WIth improvements in diet and lifestyle that I can empower you to make, imagine how much healthier you can get without the stressors imposed by ultra-endurance sports and/or if you are 10 or 20 years younger than I am.
Even if you have curated sufficient information from today’s leading anti-aging scientists and functional medicine doctors, like I did, humble gaols such as losing 5% body fat may still be hard to reach.
